Start an Exchange
This is where we collect the information about the Relinquished Property Sellers or Exchangers. We'll need an email address for each Exchanger for e-signature purposes as well as an IRS Form W-9 for each Exchanger.
In order to document the 1031 exchange correctly we will need to specifically identify the Relinquished Property. Usually an address is sufficient. If you don't have that, use the Assessors Parcel Number or legal description.
Whoever is handling the closing of your sale represents an important piece of the 1031 sale process. Provide us with all the contact info for the Closer, whether escrow company, closing attorney or otherwise.
